To ensure a safe, personalized experience for every client, all cryotherapy sessions at CryoVida AZ are by appointment only.

We do not accept walk-ins.

New clients must first create a profile through the CryoVida AZ app or website, where they’ll:

• Acknowledge our digital liability waiver

• Select their preferred cryotherapy package

• Complete secure payment online

Once registration is complete, clients can conveniently schedule their sessions through the app or website. This streamlined process helps us deliver the highest standard of care while minimizing wait times and maximizing comfort.

Consistency is key! Regular sessions help the body adapt over time, leading to lasting results in circulation, inflammation reduction, and overall wellness.

For maximum benefit, we recommend the following Session Regimens Weekly:

Exercise Recovery: 4 - 6 sessions

Pain Management: 3 - 5 sessions

Anti-Inflammation: 3 - 5 sessions

Skin Maintenance: 2 - 4 sessions

General Wellness: 1 - 2 sessions

Our Monthly Membership includes 31 sessions each month, with many members opting for daily cryotherapy sessions to achieve enhanced benefits.

Clients are encouraged to arrive to their sessions wearing comfortable clothing that is easy to change in and out of.

At CryoVida AZ we provide all your necessary cryo-gear for a comfortable experience, including face mask, head covering, body robe, socks, gloves, and foot protection to protect extremities from the cold. These items are provided in the private changing room next to our chamber room. We encourage clients to dress to their own comfortability within the chamber.

Clients are required to remove any metal that is touching their skin, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, earrings or other piercings before entering the cryotherapy chamber.

For first time clients, the full cryo-gear set up is recommended. As clients become more experienced with the cold chamber, slowly starting to remove those items from your routine will help with additional skin exposure to maximize your benefits.

Each appointment time is 15 minutes, this allows plenty of time for clients to change their clothes before and after their cryotherapy session in the chamber.

A typical cryotherapy session lasts about 3 minutes inside the chamber, providing maximum benefits in a short amount of time.

Clients can end their session at any time by exiting the machine prior to their 3 minute timer expiration.

Cryotherapy involves exposing the body to extremely cold temperatures using a whole-body electric cryotherapy chamber. These temperatures can drop as low as -124°F (-87°C), delivering a quick and intense cold blast.

Stepping into the chamber is similar to stepping into a walk-in shower.

Clients can end their session at any time by exiting the machine prior to their 3 minute timer expiration.

If you have any of the following conditions, DO NOT PARTICIPATE in cryotherapy without consulting your physician first:

- Untreated High Blood Pressure

- Angina Pectoris (chest pain)

- Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)

- Peripheral Arterial Occlusive Disease (circulatory problems)

- Pacemaker or other Heart Conditions

- Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) or Blood Clots

- Pregnancy

- Polyneuropathies (damage or disease affecting peripheral nerves)

- Vasculitis (inflammation of blood vessels)

- Raynaud's Disease

- Severe Anemia

- Acute Kidney or Urinary Tract Disease

- Diabetes

- Open Wounds

Adults of any age are welcome to partake in our cryotherapy services.

Children over the age of 14 years, are able to participate in our cryotherapy services, with permission from their parent or guardian. Parent or guardian must be present at all cryotherapy sessions.

Children under the age of 14 years, are not permitted to participate in our cryotherapy services.

Our MECOTEC Cryo:One+ whole body electric chamber ensures comprehensive rejuvenation and provides a dry cold, non-invasive process that uses extremely cold air to maximize the cryotherapy experience across the whole body.

Our cryotherapy chamber is electric only. We do not use liquid nitrogen, eliminating the risks of uneven extreme cold spots, frostbite, hypoxia, or even loss of consciences due to oxygen displacement by nitrogen gas.
